NOTICE IS GIVEN that an Emergency Petition for Permanent Variance or Waiver from Rule 59C-1.044, Florida Administrative Code, was filed with the Agency for Health Care Administration on March 8, 2016 by Public Health Trust of Miami-Dade County, Florida. The Petition requests variance of Florida Administrative Code Rule 59C-1.044, related to pediatric organ transplantation program requirements for certificate of need.
