NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Business and Professional Regulation has received the petition for declaratory statement from URS Federal Services, INC. on March 8, 2016. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of section 469.002(1), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.
