    64B18-11.001:Application for Licensure

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 20, 2018, the Board of Podiatric Medicine received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Louana Ibrahim. Petitioner is seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 64B18-11.001(2), Florida Administrative Code, which specifies that an application file for licensure is not complete unless and until it contains verification of a passing score from examination of the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners, including Part I, Part II, and Part III. Such verification must be received by the Board office directly from the provider of the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners examination.
