    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To receive public comments on revised draft fecal indicator bacteria (FIB) Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) for impaired surface waters in the Everglades West Coast Basin to be adopted in Rule 62-304.810, F.A.C. The draft TMDLs to be presented at the public workshop are for the Cocohatchee (Inland Segment) (WBID 3278D); Cocohatchee River (WBID 3259A); Cow Slough (WBID 3278E); Estero River (Marine Segment) (WBID 3258D1); Gordon River (Marine Segment) (WBID 3278R5); Gordon River Extension (WBID 3278K); Haldeman Creek (Lower) (WBID 3278R1); Haldeman Creek (Upper) (WBID 3278R2); Hendry Creek (WBID 3258B2); Imperial River (Marine Segment) (WBID 3258EB); Leitner Creek (WBID 3258ED); Mullock Creek (WBID 3258C2); Mullock Creek (Marine Segment) (WBID 3258C4); Naples Bay (Coastal Segment) (WBID 3278R4); Oak Creek (WBID 3258F); Rock Creek (WBID 3278R3); Spring Creek (WBID 3258H3); and Spring Creek (Marine Segment) (WBID 3258H2). The revised draft FIB TMDL document and supporting materials are available at: https://floridadep.gov/dear/water-quality-evaluation-tmdl/content/bacteria-tmdls and will be provided upon request to interested parties by mail or via email distribution. The Department will accept written comments on the draft TMDLs through April 19, 2024.
