NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 15, 2016, the Department of Financial Services, Division of State Fire Marshal has received the petition for declaratory statement from Avcon, Inc., o/b/o Kaman Precision Products, Inc. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of NFPA 495-Explosive Materials Code sections 9.2.3, 9.3.1(b), and Table 9.4.1(b) Note 13 as it applies to the petitioner.
