NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Health has received the petition for declaratory statement from Milind V. Tilak, M.D., of Doctors Inlet Pediatrics and Primary Care Clinic. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 458.3265, Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

The petitioner is seeking a declaratory statement from the Department as to whether certification from the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians would exempt petitioner from the pain management clinic registration requirement.
