NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 17, 2017, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Holiday Inn Express at 1120 Suemac Road, Jacksonville, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of an unspecified Section of A17.1, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, that requires connecting the elevators to generator power.
