RFA 2018-103 Housing Credit and SAIL Financing for the Development of Housing for Homeless Persons
This Request for Applications (RFA) is open to Applicants proposing the development of housing for Homeless individuals and families, that also include a portion of units for Persons with Special Needs located in the Medium and Large Counties.
The Corporation expects to offer the following to proposed Developments under this RFA:
Estimated $3,620,000 of Competitive Housing Credits
Estimated $9,000,000 of SAIL
Applications shall be accepted until 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on Monday, April 23, 2018, and sent to the attention of Marisa Button, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, 227 North Bronough Street, Suite 5000, Tallahassee, Florida 32301-1329. Any modifications that occur to the Request for Applications will be posted at the website and may result in an extension of the deadline. It is the responsibility of the Applicant to check the website for any modifications prior to the deadline date.
