NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 11, 2019, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for waiver pursuant to Section 120.542, F.S., from Petitioner, Polk County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida. The petition requests a variance from paragraph 62S-2.072(2)(d), F.A.C., which limits applicants for grant funds under the Recreational Trails Program to two active projects. The petition has been assigned OGC No. 19-0201.
