NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Miguel A. Brizuela on behalf of Gonzalo Navarro and Andrea Karina Conrad Leon, filed on March 8, 2019.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of subsection 489.103(16), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.
Petitioner seeks clarification from the Board regarding whether the Petitioner’s design-build agreement with a licensed architect is enforceable pursuant to subsection 489.103(16), F.S. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
