    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Charles S. Kearns, on behalf of Kearns Construction Company, filed on March 11, 2019.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 489.105, F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

    Petitioner asks the question whether a state or county contractor’s license is required for the construction of an artificial reef. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
