Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 45 No. 55, March 20, 2019 issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The notice of proposed rule incorrectly states the publication date of the notice of proposed rule development. The correct publication date of the notice of rule development is October 9, 2017.
