In accordance with subsection 120.74(5), F.S., the Commission extends the April 1 deadline to publish a Notice of Proposed Rule for Rule 61G20-1.001, Fla. Admin. Code. A Notice of Rule Development was published in Vol. 49/211 of the Florida Administrative Register on October 30, 2023. The Commission’s technical advisory committees held rule workshops January 23-25, 2024, and February 21-22, 2024, and the Commission will hold a rule workshop on April 16, 2024, in order to solicit and consider public comment.
