NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Building Code Administrators and Inspectors Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from William Dumbaugh. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 468.602(2) and (3), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petitioner seeks the Board’s interpretation of the exemptions of Section 468.602(2) and (3), F.S. Specifically, the Petitioner requests that the Board issue a Declaratory Statement as to whether under Section 468.602(2) and (3), F.S., an architect or engineer can delegate the inspection to a representative that is not licensed as an architect, engineer or building inspector.
