The analysis considers the potential effects and benefits of the alternatives on the human and natural environment. Participants will have the opportunity to comment on the alternatives and the analysis results. Presentations are scheduled for 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 17, 2012; 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at the respective locations mentioned above.
