    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 8, 2012, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore. Petitioner seeks a variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, Section 106.1e and 110.10b, as adopted by Chapter 30, Section 3001.2, Florida Building Code, adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), Florida Administrative Code, that requires pit lighting and lighting at each landing which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
