Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A18.1, Section 2.7.1, as adopted by Chapter 30, Section 3001.2, Florida Building Code, adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), Florida Administrative Code, that limits travel to no more than 14 feet which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
