    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from James E. Parker, Unit Owner, In Re: The Princess Condominium Association of Hutchinson Island, Inc., Docket No. 2015007338, filed on March 10, 2015.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 718.115, Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

    Whether the costs associated with removing and replacing sliding glass doors, balcony flooring tile and hurricane shutters/tracks are a common expense of the association under Section 718.115, Florida Statutes.
