GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: A meeting of the Orange Creek Basin Working Group will be held on March 31 in Gainesville at Gainesville Regional Utilities Administration Office. This meeting is open to the public. This meeting will present a workplan and schedule for proposing management strategies that reduce nutrient loadings in Orange Lake, Lochloosa Lake, Lake Wauberg, and Newnans Lake. The second phase Orange Creek Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP) was adopted in July. The BMAP addresses bacterial problems in streams and nutrient water quality problems in lakes in the Orange Creek Basin.
