The Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board hereby gives notice that on January 17, 2017, an Order was filed on the Petition for Variance and Waiver. The Petition for Variance and Waiver was filed by Luke Johnson, on September 28, 2016, seeking a variance or waiver from Section 475.617(3), F.S., regarding requirements of the minimum education and experience prescribed by the rule of the board. Notice was published in Volume 42, No. 200, of the Florida Administrative Register, on October 13, 2016. No comments by interested persons were received. During the meeting, held on December 5, 2016, the Petitioner requested to withdraw the petition. The Board granted the request to withdraw and the Petition is withdrawn.
