    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This hearing is being held to afford interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, social, economic, and environmental effects, as well as access management reclassification, of Financial Project ID Number: 240216-1-22-01, otherwise known as the SR 46 Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study in Seminole County, Florida.  The project involves improvements to SR 46 from SR 15/600 (US 17/92) to SR 415, a distance of about 3.6 miles. Widening of SR 46 to a four-lane divided urban roadway is proposed between Mellonville Avenue and SR 415. The proposed change in access classification is from Access Class 4 to Access Class 5 between Mellonville Avenue to SR 415.
