Exotic Plant Species Elimination
The Suwannee River Water Management District (SRWMD) announces its interest in obtaining bids for eradication of Exotic Pest Plant Council Category I and II Invasive Exotic Plant Species on District lands in the Upper Suwannee and Alapaha River Basins. Three tracts in Hamilton County have been identified as having invasive plant populations large enough to warrant outside contractors: Holton Creek, Tyree, and Osteen.
This project should follow the schedule below:
