By Opinion dated January 5, 2006, followed by Mandate on February 5, 2006, the First District Court of Appeal affirmed the Final Order issued in DOAH Case No. 04-1149RX, which invalidated (2) of Rule 64B-3.004. Accordingly, (2) of Rule 64B-3.004 is void.
