NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 21, 2016, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Seabreeze Inn located in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of an unspecified Section of A17.1, 1981 edition, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), F.A.C. that requires upgrading the elevators with firefighters’ emergency operations which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
