PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of this rule development is to reflect modifications to the Terms and Conditions for the Florida College Savings Program, including the addition of the Gardiner Scholarship Program Account and related terms and other clarifying revisions to maintain compliance with Section 529 of the Internal Revenue Code and state law.
