GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: District staff shall provide information regarding the proposed exchange of lands described below:

Various Parcels located within the Munger Subdivision of the Shingle Creek Project area, Orange County

The proposed exchange of various parcels totaling approximately 40 acres, located in the Munger Subdivision of the Shingle Creek Project area in Orange County. These lands are proposed to be exchanged for various parcels of approximate equal value located within the same project area. The exchange will provide the District with a more desirable concentration of parcels within the project area. Public input and comment will be received.
