NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 17, 2016, the Construction Industry Licensing Board received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from Edgar L. Laney, Jr. The petition seeks the Board’s interpretation of Sections 489.105(3) and 489.105(3)(n), F.S., as to whether Petitioner, Certified Underground Utility Contractor, is lawfully authorized to install water and sewer services to a modular house.
