PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Agency proposes to amend Rule 59A-16.107, F.S., based on changes made in HB731, Section 33 which modified 408.821, F.S. with new submission requirements for emergency management plans. Language regarding submission of comprehensive emergency management plans (CEMP) must be revised to not conflict with statute.
