PURPOSE AND EFFECT: HB 731 (2020) amended section 383.327, F.S., to revise the timeframe for birth center annual reports and to require that birth centers report each maternal death, newborn death, and stillbirth death to the Agency. The Agency proposes to create a new online reporting form to address the new requirement and update Birth Center Annual Report, AHCA Form 3130-3004OL, to address timeframe requirements.
