NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39, No. 3, January 4, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

40D-1.608 Permit Fee Reduction for Certain Counties, and Municipalities, and Other Authorized Entities.

Section (2) of the proposed rule is deleted and (3) is renumbered (2).  Additionally, 373.414(1)(b) and

373.414(9) are added to the law implemented.

(2) Normally applicable permit application fees will apply when the fee is less than $100.00.
