NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 40, No. 56, March 21, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The Department is also opening Rule 64B25-28.014 for rule development and the notice is corrected as follows.
Purpose and Effect: This rulemaking corrects address and renewal date information and deletes outdated and unnecessary language.
Subject Area TO BE ADDRESSED: Application forms and requirements, renewal of active certifications, and examination for certification.
