NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 14, 2014, the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from iGUi Pools Usa LLC. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Sections 489.105 and 489.113, Florida Statutes, as they apply to the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks a declaratory statement regarding Sections 489.105 and 489.113, Florida Statutes, as to whether General Contractors are authorized to build swimming pools and to qualify a Florida business under their license. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
