NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 19, 2014, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, received a petition for an Emergency Variance for subsections 61C-4.010(7) and 61C-4.010(6), Florida Administrative Code, from Angel’s Kitchen located in Dania Beach. The above referenced F.A.C. addresses the requirement that at least one accessible bathroom be provided for use by customers. They are requesting to share the bathrooms located within an adjacent establishment under the same ownership for use by customers only.

The Division of Hotels and Restaurants will accept comments concerning the Petition for 5 days from the date of publication of this notice. To be considered, comments must be received on or before 5:00 p.m.
