NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Athletic Training has received the petition for declaratory statement from Paul Bruning, DHA.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 468.713, F.S as it applies to the petitioner.

The petition seeks the Board’s interpretation of Section 468.713, F.S., as to whether athletic trainers, licensed within the state of Florida, provide corticosteroid injections within the physician office setting.
