GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is canceling the 62-769 Rule Development Workshop as part of a broad effort to protect public health and minimize the health and safety risks to Department staff and visitors. As previously noticed, if a request for a Workshop is received by April 1, 2020, the DEP will schedule a Workshop in the Florida Administrative Register.

The meeting was previously noticed in the Florida Administrative Register on March 11, 2020, Vol. 46, No. 49.
