In accordance with Section 120.74, F.S. the Agency for Health Care Administration is filing this Notice of Extension for publishing a Notice of Proposed Rule regarding Sections 395.012 and 395.301, F.S., as identified in the Agency’s 2019 Regulatory Plan. The Notice of Rule Development was published in Vol. 45, No. 213 of the Florida Administrative Register (FAR) on October 31, 2019. The Agency needs additional time to further develop and solicit public comment on the rules associated with this rulemaking effort.
