    64E-6.013: Construction Materials and Standards for Treatment Receptacles

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on March 5, 2010, the Department of Health received a letter WITHDRAWING a petition for variance filed on November 17, 2009, by Francis McMahon, regarding the “Kellygreen System”. Petitioner sought a variance from Rule 64E-6.013, Florida Administrative Code, which requires treatment receptacles to meet minimum standards. Notice of the petition was published in the December 18, 2009, edition of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

    As the petition has been withdrawn, the Department of Health is taking no further action on the petition.
