    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT March 1, 2010, the Board of Accountancy has received the petition for declaratory statement from S.L. Richard Bunton, CPA, on behalf of The Brunton-McCarthy CPA Firm.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Rule 61H1-26.001, Florida Administrative Code, as it applies to the petitioner.
    The petition seeks the Board’s interpretation of Rule 61H1-26.001, Florida Administrative Code, and whether adding the name of a CPA employee and a non-CPA employee to the letterhead is prohibited by the rule.
