FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE
City of Bunnell
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the City of Bunnell’s project to purchase the existing water system owned by Plantation Bay Utility Company in Flagler and Volusia Counties will not adversely affect the environment. The estimated purchase price is $5,500,000. The project may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal funds and state matching funds. Public comment must be received at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
