Subcontractor Bidding
NOTICE OF BID
Perry-McCall Construction has been selected by the University of North Florida as Construction Manager on their new elevated parking deck project. We are currently soliciting subcontractor bid proposals for the following trade packages: 03A – Cast-in-Place Concrete, 03B – Precast Concrete and 31A – Sitework & Utilities (including site related demolition).

Prior to submitting a bid proposal, be sure to review all bid related information, including plans, specifications, geotechnical report, bid scopes of work, Perry-McCall subcontract agreement, schedule and subcontractor’s qualification statement. Any incomplete submissions will be subject to rejection.
A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on-site on Thursday, March 27th at 3:00 P.M. A map indicating the location of the on-site meeting can be found on the project’s box.com site. Please note, this pre-bid conference is for bidders in packages 03A, 03B and 31A only. A separate pre-bid conference will be scheduled for all other packages at a later date.
Signed and sealed bid proposals are due at the offices of Perry-McCall Construction, located at 6262 Greenland Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32258, no later than 2:00 p.m., EST on Tuesday, April 15, 2014. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope.
