GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The intent of this workshop is to have dialogue between the Medicaid managed care plans, behavioral health providers, Advocates, and Stakeholders regarding care coordination and case management for residents of Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) under managed care. The following health plans will be represented in the panel, Sunshine State Health Plan and Amerigroup, and the discussion will be facilitated by the Agency.
