NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has declined to rule on the petition for declaratory statement filed by WRS Development, LLC on January 02, 2018. The following is a summary of the agency's declination of the petition:

The Commission found that none of the questions posted by the Petitioner asked for the interpretation of any specific statutory provision, rule, or order of the Commission and how it would apply to their particular circumstances. To the extent Petitioner inquired about constitutional issues, the Commission is precluded from considering those questions. Accordingly, on March 28, 2018, the Commission issued an order finding that the Petition did not meet the requirements for a declaratory statement to be issued.
