    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a Board Orientation Session to review the powers, duties, obligations and laws pertaining to the District Board of Trustees, as well as discuss Finance and Human Resource matters related to the College.
