    NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY

    VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA

    The Florida Department of Environmental Protection is reaffirming its earlier determination that the proposed Key Biscayne sanitary sewer collection system project will not have a significant adverse affect on the environment. The project consists of construction of a wastewater collection system for Zone 2 and Zone 3. Construction cost is estimated at $8,422,000. The project is expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds.
