    AGENCY FOR HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION

    The Agency for Health Care Administration announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

    DATE AND TIME: Thursday, April 10, 2008, 3:30 pm.

    PLACE: This is a Teleconference Meeting. Any person interested in participating by telephone may dial (713)481-0090/Pass Code: 9701442#. If you have any difficulty accessing the teleconference, please call the Florida Center’s main number at (850)922-5771.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a teleconference meeting of the State Consumer Health Information and Policy Advisory Council to which all interested parties are invited. The purpose is to conduct a meeting of key health care stakeholders to discuss issues relating to implementing Florida Statutes mandating transparency in health care through public reporting of health care data.

    A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: Cheryl Barfield, Agency for Health Care Administration, 2727 Mahan Drive, Bldg. 3, Mail Stop #16, Tallahassee, FL 32308-5403. The agenda will also be posted at http://ahca.myflorida.com/SCHS/chismeetings.shtml seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
