NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 16, 2016, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, received a petition for a Routine Variance for subsections 61C-4.010(7) and 61C-4.010(6), Florida Administrative Code, from R&S Magic Soul Food located in Pembroke Pines. The above referenced F.A.C. addresses the requirement that at least one accessible bathroom be provided for use by customers. They are requesting to share the bathrooms located within a nearby establishment under a different ownership for use by customers only.

The Division of Hotels and Restaurants will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice. To be considered, comments must be received before 5:00 p.m.
