GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The purpose of this workshop is to inform potential home-based service providers of the process involved in designating a Community Care for the Elderly Lead Agency and Older Americans Act nutrition provider, through contracts with the Area Agency on Aging for North Florida. A review of programs, service definitions and required documentation will be provided. This workshop is a pre-planning step to the release of a Request for Proposals Package later in the year.
