NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 28, 2017, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance or waiver from Petitioner, Alan Fisher. The petition requested a variance/waiver from the rule provisions of subsections 62B-33.002(18) and 62B-33.002(43), and subparagraph 62B-33.0051(1)(a)1, F.A.C, which require that, in order to qualify for a permit for coastal armoring, the structure proposed to be protected must be an eligible structure. The property is located at 4570 Coastal Highway, St. Augustine, Florida 32084. The petition has been assigned OGC No. 17-0112.
