Notice of Ratification

Pursuant to 2018-41, Laws of Florida, enacted March 19, 2018, the District provides notice that the amendments to Rule 40C-2.101, F.A.C., which create the regulatory part of a strategy to prevent the existing flows and levels from falling below the minimum flows and levels for Silver Springs, has been ratified in accordance with Section 120.541, F.S. The rule’s effective date is March 19, 2018.
