PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed rulemaking seeks to amend Existing Rule 61-35.018, F.A.C., in order to incorporate by reference application forms, DBPR BOPC 3- Marine Incident Report and DBPR PRRC 1- Application for a Change in Rates of Pilotage that have not previously been adopted under this rule.
